LabelMaker provides AI-assisted label design, proof review, and printing services for products including wine, beer, coffee, candles, and other consumer goods. Our service includes template guidance, design generation, customer proof approval, and print ordering tools.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of any logos, brand assets, or content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use it solely for providing our services to you.

Generated Designs: Labels generated using our service are yours to use for commercial purposes once purchased. Our templates and AI models remain our property.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use LabelMaker to:

Create labels for illegal products or purposes
Infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights
Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise our systems
Create misleading or fraudulent product labels

6. Payment Terms

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. All sales are final unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change with notice. You are responsible for ensuring your label designs comply with applicable regulations.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that generated or printed labels will meet specific regulatory requirements. You are responsible for reviewing your proof and ensuring compliance with applicable labeling laws and regulations in your jurisdiction before placing an order.

8. Limitation of Liability

LabelMaker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through our service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
